The list is endless when we try to find ways to teach our children the value of preparing the home for guest.
I came into the diningroom and my little guy was quietly creating a lovely centerpiece for our table unprompted. The sun was shining directly on his face and it became a moment I wanted etched in my mind forever. Not only because he was being creative, but because he loves people. 
I am so grateful for these simple moments God continues to give me. He will always bring us little reminders of why we should stay faithful in the little things if we are looking for it.
Keep training, keep influencing, keep leading them to love others before themselves.
The rewards of serving God in your own home will be fruitful in due time.
