Electrolyte drink from your kitchen:

1/2 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1/4 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 c. water
2 T. honey or maple syrup
1/8 t. Himalayan salt

Stir all ingredients together and pour into a drinking glass.  Add ice for a cool, refreshing boost.

You can also put all ingredients in a blender if you like to drink the pulp.

Store in Mason jars or glass bottles.  Use within a few days of making. Enjoy!
