God is the Creator of all things good.
Sunday. A good day.
A restful day with family.
A day worth His time and glory.
A day full of worship, fellowship, and reflection.
If it is one thing we have reflected upon more this week in our home, it is how quickly the days go by.
The morning starts and we blink to see the sun setting. There are days when I scratch my head and wonder how am I ever going to get it all done.
C.T. Studd said, “Only one life, ’twill soon be past, only what’s done for Christ will last.”
My prayer is for God to give me a deep purpose in my joys and sorrows, help keep me faithful on this journey, in His will, and let my love for Him be evident because only what is done for Him will last after I am gone.
God, allow me to pass the torch burning bright so my children are able to pass it on to theirs. For you are Holy, for You are just, and You are righteous. Thank you for your goodness to us.
